I am a commercial and portraiture photographer who enjoys the art of storytelling. I’m also the mother of a 'tween, therefore, I truly understand that each moment has a story to tell and an emotion to be captured. I believe I’m here to render all your stories through my photography. Working with people and small businesses is insightful and rewarding and motivates me to become a better photographer and person.

I live in Melbourne and have a distinction in commercial photography from RMIT University. Before arriving here, I worked in events, PR, and advertising in Singapore and lived in France for some time. Each of these places and jobs has broadened my aesthetic, giving me the versatility to work with different subject matters and address both personal and business-oriented photography projects.

Nevertheless, I leave my authentic mark on each photograph I take. My work is minimalist, engaging, and stylish. It shows how much I love photography and brings a woman’s perspective into the spotlight.

My signature is a distinctive combination of smooth clean backgrounds and natural lighting. I focus on creating images that help my clients, whether they need to gain corporate employment, preserve family memories, stop time, or establish their brands.

Portrait photography requires a strong connection between the photographer and the model. Therefore, I first understand, and then I press the shutter release.

Product photography requires diving deep into the object’s essence and bringing it to light. Therefore, I first capture their energy and then their shapes and colours.

Through my photography, I share the harmony and balance I feel every day and see in others. My photographs are an ode to beauty in every form

What do i enjoy?

I'm someone who has a passion for a wide variety of interests. Firstly, I'm a language enthusiast and am proud to say that I'm proficient in English, Mandarin, Hokkien, and Cantonese. Additionally, I have a basic understanding of French.
I also enjoy playing racquet sports, particularly when I'm playing with someone else. There's something about the social aspect of these games that makes them even more enjoyable.
Flowers and their arrangement also hold a special place in my heart. I find the process to be incredibly calming and fulfilling.
When it comes to aesthetics, I have a strong affinity for earthy tones. I find them calming and gentle on the eyes, and there's something about nature's hues that always draws me in.
I also enjoy cooking for my friends. Preparing a meal for others is a wonderful way to bring people together and share a special moment.
Finally, my family holds a special place in my heart. I love both my Singaporean and Melbourne-based relatives equally, and treasure the time I get to spend with them. Overall, I find that language, food, sports and family are all fabulous tools for bringing people together and facilitating communication between different individuals.
